Is this unlimited copywriting?
This is copywriting as a subscription — a productized copywriting service. You can request as much copy as you need for as many brands and clients as you need. Each request will be worked on one at a time as they come in.
Why shouldn't I hire a full-time copywriter?
You absolutely can! If you haven't been convinced by the copy on this page that you could benefit from joining Diamo, we wouldn't feel comfortable working with you.
Is there a limit to how many copy requests I can submit?
There's no limit to the amount of requests you can make. You can submit as many copy requests to your queue as you like. They will be delivered one by one.
How fast is copy delivered?
Most copy is delivered within two days. Some larger requests may take longer.
Who are the copywriters?
Copywriting is done by Diamo's founder, Eric DiGiovanni — who's already worked with brands like Amazon, Wunderman Thompson, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Airbit, DJ Flippp, Legion Beats, Tech N9ne, and many more.
How does the pause feature work?
Similar to many other subscription services, you can pause your subscription by emailing "Pause (Your emails address)" to eric@diamo.la. Billing cycles are on a 31-day period. If you pause your subscription after 11 days, you have 20 days left of copywriting services. This is helpful if your workload regularly changes.
How is copy delivered?
Copy is uploaded in a doc directly in your Trello card.
Which style guides are you familiar with?
Our writing follows the AP (Associated Press) style of writing, unless otherwise requested. We have written in other styles, like Chicago, and you will be able to upload your brand voice and style guides in your dedicated Trello board if you need to.
How can I request copy?
Submit your request directly in Trello. You can share a brief, any helpful documentation, a Loom video, and/or anything else that may be required to give context to your request.
Are there any types of copywriting I can't get?
Yes. Diamo does not handle long-form direct response copy (i.e. sales letters), video sales letter scripts, technical writing, and writing that is not related to brand marketing or advertising.
Diamo specializes in brand copy, and does not handle sales copy requests at this time.
What if I only have a single request?
You can pause your subscription after your request is done, and return when you need copy again.
Are there any refunds if I don't like this service?
Due to the high-quality nature of the services provided, refunds will not be given.
